At UJ FASHIONS, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
✅ Return Conditions:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide an uncut opening video of the parcel as proof, recorded from the moment the package is being opened — before the product is removed or checked.
The video must clearly show:
* The outer package
* The shipping label
* The full process of opening
* Any visible issue (like wrong item, damaged product, etc.)
📌 Returns without proper opening video proof will not be accepted.
Once we receive and verify the returned item and the video proof, we will process a **refund or exchange** within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, bank).
